Craig Castor is a native of Orlando and a veteran business professional with over 40 years of combined experience in construction, insurance, and risk management and commercial real estate industries. Craig has been in commercial real estate for 15 years and specializes in full-service occupier representation, and developing real estate strategies for his clients including efficient space use, portfolio management, site selection, negotiating leases, aggressively marketing subleases, relocations, and space consolidations. Craig’s sole focus is developing real estate solutions that will increase profitability and create value for his clients.
Prior to joining the corporate real estate industry, he had over twenty combined years of experience in commercial construction, business insurance with risk management. After working his way through college, Craig received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Florida State University in 1982.

Sarah is co-founder of Strictly Commercial, Inc., established in 1989, which became WorkLife|CRE in 2023. Sarah focuses on office and industrial tenants and her extensive market knowledge has resulted in ensuring strong market deals whether in a tenant’s or landlord’s market. Prior to founding Strictly Commercial, Sarah worked on the landlord’s behalf, but quickly realized that tenants need and deserve strong, thorough representation to level the playing field for them.

As Senior VP and Head of Project Management Services, Gary Klein brings a wealth of knowledge and depth of experience to our Project Management Team. He has over 45 years of experience as a commercial contractor specializing in complex tenant improvement and build-to-suit projects. Gary’s experience and business acumen has resulted in an extensive resume of successful, quality projects done on time and within budget.
Owning several commercial contracting companies, Gary has managed a diversity of projects including medical, hospitals, educational, religious, restaurants, hospitality, aviation, clean rooms, data centers, defense, and industrial buildings. During his career, Gary has developed and maintained many long-standing relationships with design and engineering firms, building and fire officials, and top-tier general contractors and sub-contractors throughout Florida, which has proven to be extremely advantageous in design oversight, value-engineering, expediting permitting processes, and mitigating job site inspections.

Administrative Assistant
Joanna Ford is the passionate and experienced Administrative Assistant/Office Manager for Worklife|CRE. She has been assisting all levels of management for more than 20 years. With her extensive background in administrative support and customer care, she maintains the workflow of the office by ensuring that all day-to-day systems are in place and running smoothly.
Joanna and her husband have lived in the great Orlando area since 1998. They have two grown children, love the beach, and are diehard University of Central Florida football fans.
