Gary Klein

Senior Vice President, Project Management

Professional Experience

As Senior VP & head of Project Management Services, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge and depth of experience to our Project Management Team. He has over 45 years’ experience in commercial construction specializing in complex tenant improvement & build-to-suit projects. Gary’s experience & business acumen has resulted in an extensive resume of successful, quality projects done on time & within budget. Owning several commercial contracting companies, Gary has managed a diversity of projects, including medical, hospitals, educational, religious, restaurants, hospitality, aviation, clean rooms, data centers, defense, and industrial buildings. During his career, Gary has developed and maintained many long-standing relationships with design and engineering firms, building and fire officials, and top-tier general contractors and sub-contractors throughout Florida, which has proven to be extremely advantageous in design oversight, value-engineering, expediting permitting processes, and mitigating job site inspections

Affiliations

Gary served as a member on the City of Orlando’s Building & Fire Codes Board of Appeal, acting as Vice Chairman from 2003 until 2005. He presently is a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) National Trustee Board serving on the Executive Committee, the Region 14 FCA State Leadership Board, was Chairman and presently serves on the East Central Florida FCA Leadership Board, and the Orange County FCA Leadership Board. Gary was the Class Administrator for the Bible Study Fellowship for 16 years, serving over 500 men and children in the Central Florida area. Gary just concluded his service with the founding of the Grenadier Market Food Pantry at Colonial High School, personally delivering over 24 tons of food during the Covid-19 pandemic.
